You cannot do better than REYNOLDS ROOFING AND CONSTRUCTION. Period. We have a very large roof that a hundred-foot tree fell on. Along with the tree damage, the size and slope ¬- the roof was made of a very difficult composite to work with. Dusten overcame all these obstacles to do an incredible, quality job. Along with the superior quality, Dusten also gave us a great price. And, he and his crew were always very nice, very professional and very fast. My Dad is a retired roofer who visited us while Dusten was working. Over and over, this former roofer pointed out things Dusten did that were above and beyond what a normal roofer would do. "I had a serious depression near the apex of my roof. The first pdx rains were arriving on the coming Sunday. I called Dusten explained the issue on Friday and he arrived promptly at 9.30am on Saturday. He assessed the damage and replaced the plywood and felt (30) and installed a vent.
The damage was caused by trapped moisture because the previous roofer had not allowed for it. Overall, very happy with him sorting it out on his day off. The work was top notch and the price was very fair. Dusten comes highly recommended."

He responded immediately to our request for a roof replacement estimate, and the estimate he delivered the next day was apx. $1000 less than his initial verbal guess based on what he could eyeball at the time, even though the written estimate included a new power fan and install that he had not factored into the verbal estimate. The final total came in only $100 over that estimate due to one piece of plywood that needed replacing along the way, and he did all the work by himself (final job was $8500 and took him exactly 5 days to tear off 2 old layers of roofing and to install the new Malarkey Roofing on an apx. 2000 sq. ft. roof, if that kind of info helps you).
He was very clean and respectful of our property the entire time he was onsite, throwing all the discarded materials directly from the roof into a dumpster throughout the job. We could not even tell that he had ever been there by the time he left.
He even noticed that our neighbor was having trouble with something in his yard (his power mower, I think?) while he was up on our roof, and he climbed down to help fix it right then and there. The neighbors invited him over for tacos the next night as a result. This is the kind of service you will get from Reynolds Roofing. Thank you, Dusten!”
